Workshop based creations

With the use of a workshop situated in the heart of Hampshire , it is more efficient to create products in a controlled environment. Also having the fixed wood working machinery opens up the ability to undertake joinery and cabinetry projects.

We have spray painting facilities which creates a more uniform paint finish compared to other methods which in turn is higher quality. Meaning we have the capability to produce fully bespoke Kitchens and Cabinetry to suit your needs

Machining Wood

This is the start of a bike shed project in which 628 linear metres of Albezia (hardwood) is needed in varying dimensions. Buying the timber in a ‘sawn’ state is a cost effective way and means it can be cut and planed to the exact dimensions.

Below is the start of the assembly for bike shed project. Creating a jig enables faster and more uniform assembly.

Double Extension Draw System

I needed a heavy duty drawer runner system to use as a tool box in my van. I couldn’t find anything on the market so came up with this design loosely based on what was available for the 4x4 community in Australia. With the ball bearing runners it glides smoothly and has no problem being fully loaded when extended over a metre. Also added the locking handle for security.
